No matter the age or the skill level of the student, our jiu-jitsu instructors are patient, well-trained, and experienced ready to help you reach your goals.

Kids Program Detail: 3 - 5 Year Olds - This class will help build the coordination of our youngest students. They will be learning the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through fast-paced games and interactive drills in an easy to follow and simple steps. 5 - 7 Year Olds - This class provides the basics of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while improving the physical fitness and condition of our students. They will learn the most realistic self-defense art with the highest personalized attention from our instructors. 8 - 12 Year Olds - This class is divided into two groups according to our students’ experience level. From fundamental lessons to specific competition drills, we pride ourselves in building self-confidence, physical fitness, and self-discipline in every child. We offer Gi & No-Gi classes. Classes schedule may vary according to their experience level.
