Details: Arise Jiu Jitsu was founded July 2018, in Miami, FL. It was created out of a strong passion and ceaseless commitment to making learning easy and accessible. Our mission is to provide quality, high level training to our students of all ages and levels. We believe in teaching not only the sport aspect of jiu jitsu, but self defense as well. Teaching is a way of life, we strive to develop good moral character and respect to one another, which is a founding virtue of the bushido code. We are a family owned and operated business. Our team hopes to have the opportunity of helping countless students acquire foundational skills, develop confident minds and aide in moving forward in their jiu jitsu journey, not just as a team, but a family. We offer exceptional customer service and instruction that sets our academy apart and a staple in the martial arts industry. You'll find our facility well kept, clean, and welcoming. Our team looks forward to having your company and assisting you in any way possible for an unforgettable experience. Our Academy starts children jiu jitsu programs at the age of 3 years old all the way to adults. Arise Martial Arts is an IBJJF Certified school and Professor Diesel is a 2nd Degree IBJJF Certified Black Belt.

Kids Program Detail: ​Our kids program main focus is the development of good character, all while teaching them physical and social skills to support them through their lives. Ages 6yrs-9yrs old. We want our kids to embrace their personal power, work towards building self-confidence, that will deter and discourage any potential bullying. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was developed to empower the smaller person by using technique and leverage against a larger attacker. Our schools curriculum is geared towards developing our children's fundamental skills and respecting one another. Team building is an essential part of martial arts and life in general. Our Kids Program gives the tools they need to grow as practitioners of the art and thrive in their empowerment. Our team is dedicated to giving your child the attention they need. Professor Danny and Coach Michelle are parents who understand the patience and self discipline it takes to guide your child in the right direction. We want your child to succeed, the youth is our future, our team is family and family is going that extra mile to give all you have as a coach and mentor.
