Woman Only Program Url: https://ironrootsbjj.com/programs/womens-jiu-jitsu/

Woman Only Program Detail: At Iron Roots BJJ, we are proud to offer Women’s only BJJ classes that focus on self defense. But why Jiu Jitsu for Women’s Self Defense? BJJ stands apart from other martial arts due to its focus on grappling, and being able to overtake a larger opponent – rather than the kicking and punching that characterize disciplines such as Karate and Taekwondo. BJJ is known to improve fitness levels, prepare its practitioners for situations requiring self-defense, and relieve stress.
