Details: Raiz Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Team Braga Eureka offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and NoGi Grappling for Eureka and surrounding communities. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches skills required for self-defense, develop physical conditioning, improves mental focus and self-confidence. Emphasizing leverage and technique to compensate for strength and aggression, Brazilian Jitsu allows a much smaller, weaker person to defend themselves against someone much larger and stronger. The culture and philosophy of Team Braga promotes integrity, discipline, respect, and loyalty which helps students develop and evolve their character off the mats to help them succeed in other areas of life.

Kids Program Detail: Our Lil Sasquatches Kids' class is designed to promote a challenging yet rewarding environment for kids to learn discipline, physical conditioning, and proper mat etiquette. This class is for kids aged 7-13 and requires significant commitment and dedication from both the student participating in this program and parent(s)/guardian(s) to ensure that the student can train consistently without disruptions or interruptions. We promote and reward students based on their competency and proficiency according to our standards and expectations. We hope that by meeting all our standards of developing character, leadership traits, teamwork, and sportsmanship will help them on and off the mats.

Pricing: Lil Sasquatch - Auto-Renew Monthly: $100. Adult - Auto-Renew Monthly: $130. Drop-in For New Students: $30 / 1 Class. Out of Town: Unlimited 1 Week: $60.
