Kids Program Detail: Our youth classes are for children ages 6 and up. The classes are 60 minutes long and taught in a safe environment by our supportive instructors. We strive to teach your child Self-Defense, body awareness and Jiu Jitsu fundamentals in a fun and friendly environment. Depending on size and maturity, some 12-year-olds are eligible to train in our Teens Classes.
