Kids Program Detail: Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program is open to children ages 5-8. The goal of our Kids Program is for students to develop good sportsmanship and a solid physical and mental foundation for the game of jiu-jitsu and the game of life. We teach kids the fundamentals of how to move their bodies on the mats through interactive partner drills, fun physical challenges, and movement based games. Safety is one of our primary concerns. All training is supervised by qualified instructors and assistant instructors, and our staff and instructors have completed SafeSport training.

Woman Only Program Detail: The goal of our women’s group is to honor the community of women we have built at CVL BJJ, to offer resources to these students, and to provide a foothold for new women to feel comfortable moving into our larger, co-ed community. Our Women’s Group meets monthly on the third Sunday from 2-4pm for roundtable technique discussion and training.
