Details: We offer a wide range of Martial Arts programs including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Self Defense. All of our programs are supported by experienced, professional instructors and a variety of class schedule options. Our Martial Arts Jiu-Jitsu and Self Defense programs offer an age-specific curriculum that has been professionally designed for individuals of all ages and includes the character building tools found specifically within the martial arts.

Kids Program Detail: This program is intentionally designed for a child to have fun while learning developmental skills within a safe, healthy, and exciting environment. The program successfully blends fun and learning, making it a positive and rewarding experience for the child. In addition, your child will be taught the proper etiquette and respect of the Martial Arts which dates back thousands of years. They learn things like how to make eye contact, how to listen, how to speak at appropriate times, how to show respect by saying, “Yes, sir” or “No, sir” to their instructors, parents, and classmates. Each child will learn further disciplines in: Attention Span, Focus, and Concentration; Self Confidence, Discipline, Respect, Mental Toughness; Hand-Eye Coordination and Motor Skills; Sharing and Social Skills; Self Defense, Anti-Bullying Skills.
