Details: Our school offers a positive, safe learning environment where we believe Jiu- Jitsu is for everyone of every ability. Students can train to become competitors, come for a great workout, learn self defense or just come and be part of our team with the great benefits of learning self defense and being active. Our mission is to help as many adults and children gain the confidence and self defense they need to handle any type of situation. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is not like other martial arts we do not strike or kick. This art was designed for the weaker and smaller build, giving them a fighting chance against a bigger person or to at least make a situation equal. Let’s be honest, sometimes you cannot just walk away but BJJ can give you the ability to come away from a bad situation unharmed. BJJ has helped us in many ways other than learning self defense and getting in shape. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has helped people step outside of their bubble and try new things, take more risks to better themselves in life and their goals. BJJ can change your life if you can take the first step into class.
